We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Senior Accountant to provide reliable, timely, efficient support on our Finance team. The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and will require independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. This role provides a wide variety of support services and a successful candidate will be detail oriented with strong communication, organizational skills and a team player attitude.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.


• Manage Account receivables and Payables.


• Updating and processing of financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.


• Reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned


• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.


• Preparation of monthly/yearly closings.


• Preparing budgets and financial Statements.


• Recording and auditing of fixed assets


• Prepare and Provide Financial reports on a timely basis.


• Dealing with Vendors and providing support to Customers.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors/ Masters degree in Accounting/finance or relevant field.


• Preferably having or pursuing ACCA/CA/CPA Certification.


• Experience: 2.5 to 3 years


• Excellent organizing abilities


• Great attention to detail


• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen


• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices


• Excellent knowledge of MS Office


• Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English (Verbal and written)

• Education: Bachelors/ Masters degree in Accounting/finance or relevant field.
