EY Rapid Innovation

As a Multinational Member Firm in the EY network, Rapid Innovation, based in Karachi, exclusively provides its services to MENA based EY Member Firms across the MENA region, excluding Pakistan. The work is executed remotely by working virtually with our MENA onshore teams and may also require extensive travel to MENA EY offices.

The opportunity

As an EAM professional, you’ll be focused on bringing solutions and strategies to advancing our clients work & asset management capabilities. You’ll work with high-performing teams that drive growth and deliver exceptional client service, ensuring that you play your part in building a better working world through better working assets.

Your role will focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, often interacting at an executive level, as well as sales and practice development activities, resulting in increased value and efficiency. You’ll help mentor, coach and counsel your team members and help EY build an inclusive culture and high-performing teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

The EAM resource will provide SAP consulting services to EAM clients, helping them improve their improve work and asset management capabilities.

• Maximize operational efficiencies on engagements


• Enhance our brand through strong external relationships across a network of existing and future clients


• Lead with confidence to actively promote emerging platforms and share knowledge and best practices


• Solve our clients’ most difficult problems by bringing our solutions, strengths, and points of view to become their trusted advisor


• Lead and support opportunity pursuits and practice development initiatives

• Deliver EAM projects successfully


• Develop external eminence across the sub capabilities in the EAM space


• Promote an effective forum for sharing EAM expertise


• Strengthen our collective EAM knowledge, helping resolve our clients' EAM challenges

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field


• A minimum of five years of related work experience


• A minimum of four years of experience delivering SAP consulting services to EAM clients


• Proven work experience in one or more of the following areas: Utility (Transmission, Distribution, Generation, Nuclear), Oil and Gas, Media and Entertainment, Regulatory, Customer, Supply Chain, Finance Transformation, OMS, DMS or EAM (SAP) implementation


• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development


• Flexibility to work across consulting services if needed


• Willingness to travel

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field


• Oil and Gas, Utility experience a major plus


• SAP EAM product experience a major plus


• EAM Configuration tools desired
