M&E Manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• 16 years of education in Social Sciences.


• 10 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E/MIS in development projects implemented by national/international NGOs.


• Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis, and production of reports.


• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative evaluation research frameworks and methods.


• Proven record of conducting qualitative evaluation and monitoring of development projects working on training, awareness, and consciousness-raising on social issues.


• Proven ICT skills, especially in using database software.


• Excellent communication and analytical skills.


• Sensitivity towards gender, women, and children’s issues.


• Strong skills to complete tasks by establishing priorities while taking into consideration special assignments, frequent interruptions, deadlines, available resources, and multiple reporting relationships.


• Excellent language proficiency in Urdu and English.


• Willingness to travel in the field across the country.
