The Marketing Maverick is a pivotal member of the marketing team, responsible for ideating, coordinating, and refining content in collaboration with designers and other teams. This role combines creative ideation, project management, and analytical skills

Requirements

Content Ideation and Coordination: Generate innovative content ideas that align with marketing goals and target audience. Work closely with designers to bring concepts to life, providing clear feedback and ensuring the final product meets brand standards

Feedback Loop Management: Facilitate feedback cycles between cross-functional teams, ensuring all stakeholders' inputs are considered and incorporated effectively. Social Media Management: Implement social media strategies and campaigns in line with the overarching marketing plan. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy. Post-production Oversight: Supervise the post-production process, ensuring content meets quality standards, SEO best practices, and compliance requirements. Collaborative Mindset: Foster strong working relationships with designers, writers, and other teams to drive cohesive and impactful content creation.

• Analytics: Utilize data and analytics tools to track content performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
