Assistant Manager Site Acquisition & Lease Management

Location: This role is based in Islamabad, Pakistan. (Hybrid)

About the role:
You will be working on different projects of site acquisitions along with dealing with the stakeholders involved with it.

Your Impactful Goals will include:

• Oversee site acquisition projects & coordination with stakeholders to ensure alignment and governance.




• Reporting and presentation of the business plans, projections & financial outcome to management.




• To align OE ambitions with company strategy while ensuring seamless business operations.




• Oversee lease documentation flow while proposing and developing processes to achieve operational efficiency.




• Oversee ERP implementation & Oracle financial management & know-how of basic accounting principles; IFRS.




• Preparation and report of financial accruals on monthly basis and running the monthly performance review to check variance with budget according to GL codes.




• Preparation of Opex & Capex strategy model for business unit covering the period of upcoming years.




• Coordination with Sourcing and Ethics & Compliance for internal & external audits and vendor management.

Your Typical day at work

• Coordination with stakeholders for project tracking




• Making presentations and dashboards for management




• Strict follow-ups to deliver projects on time.




• Coordination with Site Acquisition, PGA, Legal, Finance, Rollout.




• Oversee monthly OE targets: Lease Renewals & Rental Reduction.




• Documentation of Rollout, Lease Renewals & Rental Reduction projects.




• Store Management: Document scanning, storing, placing & uploading.




• To supervise all site acquisition activities and keep close coordination with in-sourced and outsourced vendors.




• To maintain weekly and monthly site acquisition reports.

What we are looking for?

Education: Bachelor/MBA Finance or Project Management

Work experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Site Acquisition, Project Management & Reporting/Analytics
