The opportunity

This opportunity is within our Financial Accounting and Advisory Services practice, which covers a wide range of accounting and reporting, transaction accounting, treasury, finance and digital transformation and corporate governance services that can help clients meet changing market conditions and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for Senior Consultants / Assistant Managers / Managers to support and manage the delivery of Internal controls (SOX-ICFR methodology) and corporate governance solutions to a diverse range of clients across sectors.

The role will be based in 3 locations, KSA and our Centers of excellence in Jordan and Rapid Innovations and will cater to the client engagements across the MENA region.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior consultant/ Assistant Manager or Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as finance, accounting, engineering and a professional certification like CISA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CIMA or CMA or MBA or master’s in finance. A combination of CISA and an accounting certification is plus.


• At least five years of relevant experience in a similar role, out of which a minimum of three years must be within consulting focusing on risk management and IT internal controls projects


• Must have worked on at least one end-to-end IT controls in an ICFR / SOX implementation project and must be knowledgeable of all SOX / ICFR documentation. This would require experience in designing and testing ITGC and Automated controls, including designing minimum control standards


• Experience in SAP ECC/ SAP 4 Hana or Oracle ERP.


• Experience with development of IT/ Cyber policies and procedures including IT governance framework, risk management framework, compliance framework, etc.


• The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Track record with a leading consulting firm or IT Services provider or


• Implementation experience with SAP or Oracle ERP/ Certifications or


• ERM experience
