The Role : Scrum Master
The Team : The Business and Program Management team drives program delivery, manages budget and vendor relationships, and promotes rigorous delivery through Agile ways of working for our People Experience function.
The Impact : This position is for someone interested in serving as a scrum master and SAFe Practice Consultant supporting our People Experience function. Effectively delivering products and services drives innovation and powers our global businesses. Efficient coordination our talented teams enables prioritize and execute our strategy and is essential for customer and shareholder success.

Serve as a consultant to People Experience, create and execute strategies for the business, identify opportunities, and shape our growth mindset culture
Responsibilities :
Guide business and People stakeholders through the release of products and services related to benefits, compensation, pay, technology, analytics, mobility, people solutions.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to help design and drive the functional definition of a solution that meets the program level objectives and vision
Conduct interviews and requirements workshops with a cross-discipline team to elicit understanding of business needs, persona mapping, experience/user journeys, and dependency mapping
Write unambiguous, testable requirements with clear acceptance criteria; act as integrated scrum team member to assure requirements are understood fully; work with Architects in defining non-functional requirements
Manage service requests, issues and defects and escalated cases in relation to Workday and ensure SLAs are adhered to
Manage the backlog through ServiceNow, Azure Devops, ceremony (meeting) cadence, and overall metrics.
Support UAT activities by providing insights on test cases and data to test the break/fix or new functionality
Conduct root cause analysis to determine appropriate action plans for issues/breaks and determine impacted employee list
Effectively support and deliver Agile HR and Scaled Agile methodologies and ceremonies for backlog management, product increment sessions, and story refinement.
Support and assist the People Experience team through US Hours
What We’re Looking For :
A sincere love of learning with initiative and grit.
At least 2+ years of relevant HR Systems and Processes
At least 2+ years of relevant Agile, Scrum, sAFE (Scaled Agile) Project/Program Experience
Strong Analytical and reporting capabilities (Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, Azure DevOps)
Strong Problem solving and issue resolution of technical issues and items
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Ability to effectively demonstrate time management and organizational skills
Ability to contribute and actively engage within the organization
Ability to willingness to upskill/train on various Workday modules and other S&P Global People Team systems
Ability to demonstrate problem solving and proactive thought within finding solutions
