Project Trainee Legal

Our Legal Department plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, protecting our interests, and supporting the company's growth. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Project Trainee to join our legal team.

As a Project Trainee in the Legal Department at Syngenta, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work closely with our experienced legal professionals. This role is designed to provide you with exposure to various legal processes, research, and project management within a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with legal professionals (internal and external) to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of legal projects and initiatives.


• Conduct legal research, analyze relevant laws, regulations, and case law, and provide concise summaries.


• Assist in reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.


• Maintain and organize legal records, documents, and databases.


• Prepare reports and presentations on legal matters as and when required.


• Assist in liaising with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.


• Support the Legal Department in day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Preferably the incumbent should be recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a reputable university (local or foreign) with some experience of internships in law firms or legal department of well reputed companies in Pakistan.


• Strong interest in corporate law and the legal field.


• Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.


• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.


• Proficiency in MS Office suite and legal research tools.

Tenure: 3 to 6 months
