Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for key finance activities – including equity and debt fund raising

• Liaison with investment bankers, investors and auditors for fund raising activities. Lead the due diligence process for fund raising activities

• Manage investor communications – ensure seamless communication with the existing investors and responsible for fulfilling investor queries and clarifications (including board decks).

• Preparation of long-term business plans – detailed financial modeling for all business units and geographies

• Strong exposure of financial evaluation of project proposals – including capex projects, new market entry etc.

• Execute the financial strategy of the company and manage financial controls and accounting procedures.

• Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs. Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained.

• Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans.

• He / she should be able to manage & plan all the financial requirements of the company and should be able to cover aspects related to Banking & Finance. Tracking cash flow & financial planning. Analyzing the company's financial strength & weakness & proposing strategic directions.

• Keeping cash flow stable, developing accurate financial scenarios. Developing the company's budget, communicating with the company's banks regularly, overseeing financial planning & analyzing.

• Must possess a level of technical acumen & experience in finance & building predictive models.

• Overall responsible for total management of Finance, Accounts, MIS, Taxation.

• Forecast short term and long-term financial needs of the company based on business plan and projects on hand, identify sources and mobilize funds at a low cost.

Additional Requirements:

• Education- Qualified CA

• 12+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position

• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office & Microsoft
