Full Stack Software Developer (2+ years after graduation)

Alpha Mu Digital Ventures is an offshore and outsourcing agency which was founded with the goal of solving the greatest challenge offshore teams, ensuring quality of output. All candidates work with an experienced mentor who can help guide them and ensure that their output is in line with our clients expectations.

We are looking for a talented full-stack developer who takes a lot of pride in their output. Responsibilities will include building microservices for a greenfield project. Your primary focus will be the development of synchronous and asynchronous microservices that cater for specific functions, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Must have:

• Strong verbal and written communication in English is a requirement for this role.


• College degree in computer science of similar qualification.


• 2+ years of working as a full-stack developer or backend developer after graduation.


• The candidate should have a basic understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, and when they are best utilised.


• The candidate should be comfortable writing basic database queries on any platform.


• Personality and the right attitude are very important. we are a services company and this role requires direct interaction with the clients.

Nice to have:

• Java/Kotlin, Node, Python, Golang as a plus, but not required. The right candidate has to be smart and quality driven. The tech stack they have experience in is secondary.


• Familiarity with AWS or GCP.


• Experience in e-commerce, and analytics.
