Digital Transformation Manager

Digital Transformation Manager job is available in Karachi for a well-reputed company. The ideal candidate should have a master’s/bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer science with at least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital transformation with a proven track record of successfully leading digital initiatives. Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, AI, and emerging trends in the digital landscape.

Digital Transformation Manager job role involves providing strategic direction for digital strategy, leading program execution, designing innovative interventions, managing teams, and collaborating with key partners. It involves developing high-quality digital learning programs, managing teams, building synergies, and implementing credible monitoring mechanisms to accelerate digitization and bridge market gaps.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for Digital Strategy, identify new opportunities, and design innovative interventions.


• Lead execution of programs; set program management mechanisms including setting milestones, project tracking, and monitoring; convene regular meetings with the team and other key partners.


• Design and develop high quality digital learning programs and resources.


• Develop high-level strategic documents, reports, presentations and RFP’s.


• Effectively manage and lead teams to achieve program goals and outcomes and providing regular feedback to the key stakeholders.


• Build synergies and encourage public-private partnerships to bridge any market gaps in the ecosystem and accelerate the digitisation of the province.


• Develop credible monitoring and evaluation mechanism of interventions being implemented by organisation.


• Control the group in charge of creating and implementing user acceptance campaigns for initiatives including technical implementations, digitisation, and emerging technologies.


• Ensure that digital initiatives comply with security and regulatory standards, implementing robust cybersecurity measures.
