Job Description:









Qualification/Experience:-

• Intermediate with 3 years of experience in storekeeping in any government/semi-government organization is required.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for updating the record of Lab Equipment on the NUST LAB Portal regularly.

• Maintain correspondence of Tech Store/Q Store office.

• Responsible for issuing all items to the concerned Dept, Lab, office, and section on proper loan issue vouchers.

• Responsible for the maintenance Ledger/Record of Purchase store.

• Upon approval of the Minute Sheet from the NUST Account for the purchased store, ensure that all items are appropriately recorded on the ledger.

• Write off consumable/expendable items from ledger charge on proper Expense Exchange Indent voucher (PAFZ-2183A) ASG-09-QSF-003 and receipt issue and expense voucher (PAFZ-2096) ASG-09-QSF-002 after the signature of competent authority.

• Keep updated received/issued records of stores.

• Responsible for condemnation board (PAFZ-3073) of life expired/damaged items/equipment and after finalization of CB, dispose off the condemned items from ledger charge as per procedure.

• Responsible for maintenance of the tech store (ASG).

• Responsible for taking on ledger charge store issued to the concerned Depts/Secs.

• Coordinate with the concerned rep of Depts/Secs for signatures of receiving/issuing/expendable stores and renewal Loan issue vouchers (PAFZ-2096) ASG-09-QSF-002.

• Responsible for issuing/returning drawing equipment to Degree Engineering classes.

• Responsible for Annual stock-taking verification of Tech Store.

• Responsible for drawing/depositing the key to store from the key box.

• Any other additional task given by Store Officers and IC Store Section.

• Candidates must attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional) along with their CVs.

• The last Education Certificate/Degree should be verified/attested by HEC.

• Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons: -

• 3rd Div in academic career.

• NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and absence of NOC from the Head of Institution.

• Medically Unfit.

• Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed Forces, etc. may apply through their respective parent departments/organizations.

• Late/incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered/called for an interview/test and no TA/DA will be admissible.
