Job Overview:

As a Technical Writer of Customer Success – Knowledgebase team, your primary role is on knowledgebase platform implementation, and management along with content product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and experience in the healthcare industry. The candidate should also have experience with internal operations, process improvement, software implementation, and content development, along with project management

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive knowledgebase system to support internal and external stakeholders, along with the CS and development wings.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for the knowledgebase, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and other related documentation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.

  • Edit and review documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to company standards

  • Continuously improve documentation processes and standards to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop and implement training materials for the knowledgebase and the WalkMe platform to ensure client product usage efficiency and reduction in ticket influx.

  • Collaborate with the implementation and release management teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation and meeting project deadlines.

  • Conduct vendor analysis to identify and select vendors for knowledgebase tools and services.

  • Participate in internal operations and process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, Business or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • Experience with knowledgebase development, implementation, and management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Teamwork and etc.

  • Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience with digital adoption tools such as WalkMe or other similar platforms is a plus.
