Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and versatile Relationship Manager with a focus on administrative and contracting responsibilities. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships while efficiently managing administrative and contractual aspects of our business.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Oversee general administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
- Ensure smooth coordination of activities, meetings, and events related to client interactions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand contractual requirements and expectations.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Facilitate the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution, including monitoring key milestones and deliverables.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure a seamless flow of information related to client needs and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with various departments to align client expectations with company capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and administration.
- Strong understanding of contract negotiation and management.

- Completely remote or work from home (Until an office building is available)
