Ensure Capacity leveling in SAP for resources with detailed production planning for 13 weeks horizon. To monitor and define the capacity statement for respective work centers within a single Site in the GSK Manufacturing network (0-24 months). Ensuring smooth and cost-efficient flow of production operations for order fulfillment to Customer. Support cross-functional teams in delivering Site Priorities – Compliance, Cost Saving Initiatives and Institutional Tender Orders
Education, Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management/Industrial manufacturing, or relevant fields (Maths / Statistics).
2 Years of Good knowledge of Supply Chain process and SAP/ERP Production Planning Module
Highly numerate with knowledge of planning/scheduling systems
Time management and prioritization skills,
Ability to assimilate information from different sources to generate achievable plans
Good Communicator with proficiency in MS Office.
Attention to detail with ability to work under pressure
Maintenance of an accurate Open Order Book so systems can be used to identified when product shipments are scheduled to occur.
Execution of a Fixed Frequency Repeating Schedule (FFRS) methodology to package finished goods.
Execution of a level-loaded schedule to supply the FFRS with any intermediates required.
Execution of alternative scheduling methodologies where necessary (i.e. primary specific).
Maintenance of an up-to-date capacity definition and planned orders for select production work centres, based on demonstrated output and CTS.
Ensure on target Conformance to Schedule (CTS) for all Production work centres.
Attendance at supply chain performance management session to represent select work centres.
Execution of a pre-defined Performance Management process to ensure order fulfillment, whilst maintaining strict adherence to the FFRS methodology and intent.
Accommodation of the Production supply requirements for non-routine activity (such as New Product Introduction or Artwork/Pack Change), whilst maintaining adherence to segmentation
Constant monitoring, maintenance and complete accuracy of all Supply critical fields within all data systems related to the select Work Centre
Ensure adherence of agreed supply plan by coordinating with relevant stakeholders (Warehouse, Production, Quality)
Review and manage daily Stock-Out and Low-Stock events in coordination with HUB to ensure supplies as per plan
Identification and mitigation of stock at risk and working with key support functions in processing any inventory write off requests.
Initiate and ensure correct data maintenance in SAP by coordinating with SAP E2E team for any change/creation of materials
Work with Site DDA team for deployment of digital solutions
Transform repetitive tasks of data mining using Robotics Process Automation
