Our Team:

The Kinaxis DevOps Expert will be integrated in the Supply Chain Planning / Kinaxis Center of Expertise (CoE) and support the CHC Digital Supply Chain Planning product team

The Center of Expertise objectives is to provide expertise upon request to product/program & service teams, to promotes best technology practices and to be in charge of a transverse enabling technology platform

The SCP/Kinaxis Center of Expertise will be focusing on the Kinaxis E2E solution for CHC BU (Opella). This includes Kinaxis and the integration layer with the existing and future solutions for integrated functions (i.e. Finance and Manufacturing ERP, Commercial TPM, Analytics) and partners (i.e. Distributors). Overall Supply Chain Planning includes S&OP / IBP, Downstream and Upstream Planning processes supported by Kinaxis

Main responsibilities:

As main mandate, the Kinaxis DevOps Expert will:

  • Provide knowledge and hands-on expertise on Kinaxis Application

  • Be responsible for the development and testing of new enabling components on Kinaxis (resources, etc…)

  • Provide guidance, support, and training to users and stakeholders on platform functionalities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring optimal utilization of the platform

  • Support Platform Owner on Vendor issues & release.

As per main responsibilities, the Kinaxis DevOps Expert:

  • Ensures end-to-end deliveries on Kinaxis solution enhancements, considering integration layer & partners applications (build, test, move to prod)

  • Configures Kinaxis application & develop/enhance requested resources.

  • Acts as Level 3 support for complex issues.

  • Troubleshooting & system bug fixing (or guidance to support team).

  • Contributes to Problem root causes analysis

  • Contributes to implementation of sustainable action plans

  • Delivers requested documentation

  • Delivers training & knowledge management articles in his/her technical domain

  • Complies with Kinaxis platform management rules (version management, documentation, development rules, configuration) according to product & quality guidance

  • Supports platform owner on :

    • Case management with Software vendor for his/her area

    • Release management and move to prod

  • Ensures solution complies with domain guidances and that Digital and meet all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, etc…) and cybersecurity requirements and be responsible of deliver/validate compliant documentation on his domain of expertise

  • Ensures compliance with the architecture standards and guidelines and ensure the correct interface between applications under the scope of responsibility.

About you

  • Experience:

    • Experience in industry or consulting – in digital / information system field

    • Experience in pharma or consumer goods industry

    • Strong Experience on Kinaxis Application

  • Soft skills:

    • Written/spoken communication with ability to articulate advanced supply chain concepts

    • Results and processes oriented with analytical mind-set

    • Dynamic, creative and receptive to new ideas

    • Team working ability and mindset

    • Transversal collaboration

    • Problem solving

  • Technical skills:

    • Strong expertise on Kinaxis (Authoring, Analytics, Administration). Certification as a Plus.

    • Supply Chain Planning business process

    • Application Design and integration

    • Engineering degree (industrial engineering, computer science/IT) or equivalent

  • Languages: Advanced English.
