Quality Assurance Engineer, Zones Service Now Center of Excellence
The Quality Assurance Engineer will be a key member of the digital transformation team at Zones. We are looking for individuals who want to grow professionally and impact the business transformation of a $2 billion USD company.

Zones Service Now Center of Excellence
Service Now is a low-code SaaS based ticketing, tooling and process automation tool leveraged to reduce friction within an organization’s ecosystem. The team is responsible for designing and implementing Service Now solutions both within Zones as well as for Zones’ clients in a support as well as commercial capacity.
You are a dynamic, multifaceted individual with a background in Computer Science or Engineering and experience developing manual and automated QA for enterprise application APIs in Angular, React, Vue, and native mobile apps. You possess knowledge of agile processes and principles. You also have a keen interest and understanding of digital processes and, ideally, have a deep knowledge of Service Now. You possess intellectual curiosity, out-of-the-box thinking, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work/influence multiple stakeholder groups.
What You Will Do
- You will develop manual and automated QA tests for all workflows and cases developed on Service Now.
- Create scalable QA automation frameworks that scale with the platform.
- Identify and work with the engineering team to resolve performance and scalability issues.
What You Have
- 5+ years of progressive engineering experience.
- 5+ years of experience creating QA automation for enterprise, web, and mobile applications.
- Experience with QA frameworks like JEST and Cypress.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
