In GSC, we make and supply medicines and vaccines all around the globe and our teams own every production stage, from creating quality products at our manufacturing sites to designing effective supply forecasting and regulatory inspections; all powered by digital, data and analytics.

We are looking for highly motivated graduates who are keen to develop into the future engineering, operational and technical leaders in GSC in Pakistan. Working at our manufacturing sites you will help to ensure we have the latest, safe, efficient and reliable processes and equipment to deliver life-saving medicines and vaccines to people in 90% of the world. This role will enable you to develop your skills in an industry that’s making radical changes to the way it develops and manufactures products.

What will you do?



  • Project management of new equipment from design to installation & commissioning


  • Manage a range of engineering projects.


  • Interact with machine and facility supplier to develop best technical solution.


  • Be part of design, commissioning and validation testing within engineering projects.


  • Increase reliability and performance of our manufacturing equipment


  • Implement innovative and digital solutions.


  • Identify engineering best practice and new technologies, as part of the digital transformation


  • Assist with asset care & management through maintenance systems. (e.g. condition-based monitoring, predictive, preventive maintenance, machines’ data collection for trouble shooting & business support).


  • Provide day-to-day support for risk assessments, equipment issues and breakdowns.


  • Lead cross-functional teams in trouble shooting, root cause analysis and improvement processes.


  • Keep abreast of cutting-edge technologies in engineering.
