The role is responsible for RFC and local statutory reporting. This includes executing monthly closing related tasks such as review and posting of monthly accruals, ensuring all reports are finalized and reviewed within deadlines and ensuring all closing related ICF controls are complied with.



The incumbent will also be required to do reconciliation of GL with HFM and is well-versed with latest changes in Accounting and Auditing standards to make necessary changes in process / workflow to ensure that all such changes are fully complied with International Financial Reporting Standards


















What we ask



Education:



  • CA,ACCA,CIMA,CFA, BBA (Finance)


Experience:



  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)

  • Experience in business modelling is preferred

Vacancy description






  • Responsible for monthly HFM reporting (foreign reporting) within the given timelines

  • Preparation of quarterly statutory accounts and BAC presentations.

  • Preparation of monthly proof sheets for all GLs being managed and operated at Head Office for balance sheet analysis.

  • Organize and coordinate for External Audit activities, being the central contact point for their requirements.

  • Responsible for circulating month end closing checklist and ensuring compliance with deadlines and ICF requirements.

  • Collection of accrual details from all the relevant departments and recording and then onwards postings into SAP and their follow-ups for issues and their clearing.

  • Performing follow-ups (including confirmation to vendors) for multiple advances, deposits, retention money etc. for timely clearing of balances.

  • Computation and recording of WPPF, WWF and Tax entries during the month end closing.

  • Reconciliation and adjustments of intercompany balances.

  • Animal revaluation working with movement in SAP.
