Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead for Debit and Credit Card Operations to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will oversee the daily operations of our debit and credit card services, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with industry standards, and exceptional service delivery. Your expertise in card operations will be instrumental in driving innovation and maintaining our competitive edge in digital banking.


Key Responsibilities:





  • Card Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of debit and credit card operations, including card issuance, transaction processing, and fraud monitoring.

  • Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to payment network regulations and industry standards. Implement measures to safeguard against security breaches and fraud.

  • Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of card operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovation in digital payment solutions. Identify and implement operational improvements and technological advancements.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless card operations and compliance.

  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and regulatory changes in the digital banking and payment solutions sector.


Requirements:





  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in managing debit and credit card operations in the banking or financial services industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of card services, payment networks, and regulatory compliance.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to innovate and adapt in a rapidly evolving digital banking environment.
