We’re looking for a goal-oriented Marketing Recruiter to source potential candidates for various marketing roles within the company. In this role, you will help determine our marketing hiring needs, collaborate on creating new recruiting strategies, and lead candidates through the full recruitment cycle




Our ideal candidate should be an expert in talent acquisition with a strong background in recruiting for marketing roles. You must have extensive knowledge of various recruitment practices and be focused on delivering superb candidate experience




Responsibilities





  • Participate in the processes of designing and implementing recruiting strategies for marketing teams along with the Hiring Managers.

  • Define and document job responsibilities for different marketing roles and work with the department head on setting detailed recruiting goals.

  • Analyze job postings created by competitors, research salary trends, and determine qualification criteria for various entry-level, mid-tier, and senior marketing roles.

  • Create attractive and informative job descriptions and other recruiting materials and advertise marketing roles on different hiring channels.

  • Identify and apply different recruiting practices for active and passive candidates.

  • Initiate and build relationships with high-quality candidates via referral programs, social media, online communities, and participation in industry-related events and promote our company culture and values.

  • Screen, assess, interview, and evaluate candidates for different marketing roles.

  • Manage the applicant database by adding and updating candidate information.

  • Create employer brand content for our blog and social media.


- Stay up to date with emerging recruitment practices, recruiting automation tools, and job market trends, with a special focus on marketing


  • Track the efficiency of our current recruiting strategies by monitoring key metrics, create reports, and suggest improvements.





Qualifications





  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Marketing


- 5-8 years of overall experience, with minimum 2+yrs of experience in B2C Hiring


  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting for marketing roles.


- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
