Job Description

Mission & Tasks

The Quality Performance Operational Lead (KPI & Trending) contributes to define the requirements for processes of operational Quality Performance Measurement related to the CHC Quality Management System to:

Ensure adherence of CHC sites, Global GxP Functions, External Manufacturing Entities, and affiliates to current legal quality / GMP authority requirements and norms. Develop tools, processes and trainings for the assigned Quality system

Execute the corporate business strategy in the area of responsibility

Contributes to transversal projects in the area of responsibility

Provide active support to operative units for quality and compliance related topics and projects, including Digital Applications roll out and maintenance

Scope of Responsibility

Definition of processes:

For the operational Quality Performance Measurement process:

  • Contributes to authoring the CHC Global Quality Documents for the assigned Quality Processes in collaboration with the impacted entities

  • Provides the training

  • Supports coordination that the system is established in CHC consistently across the different entities (sites, countries and global GxP functions)

  • Drives continuous improvement

  • Contributes to the implementation of harmonized processes for Performance Management / KPI Reporting in the CHC QMS solution.

  • Authors user requirements in alignment with the Business Process Owner

  • Supports system’s compliance along life cycle


  • Develops tools for supervising and optimizing the overall efficiency of transversal processes in his / her area of responsibility including interfaces

Transversal activities

  • Leads the periodical Quality KPI reporting for Global CHC

  • Maintains networking within the sites and external manufacturing and affiliates (functions involved in the supplier qualification system), with best practices sharing and cross-fertilization,

  • Develops the adequate quality documents/training materials relative to processes ways of working and tools to support

Reporting Line

Management Responsibilities:

  • No Solid line management.

The role holder is required to work autonomously and to make decisions in line with the Global Quality Policy, Standards and Processes, as well as with the responsible Business Process Owner. The role holder has a strong compliance mindset, is results-driven, demonstrates can-do-attitude

Required Experience

  • Knowledge / experience / expertise in the field of:

    • Quality Management System Trending & Reporting

    • Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Supply

  • Knowledge / experience / expertise with

    • MS PowerBI (or Qlik)

    • enhanced MS Excel

    • Veeva Vault Quality

    • SAP ERP QC

  • Cross functional / transversal management

  • Project management
