Apex Group is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Human Resources Team in India. The successful candidate will play an important role in the HR Operations function, which focuses on the delivery of core HR processes. The candidate must demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to showcase a continuous improvement mind-set about HR processes, whilst thriving in a dynamic environment with excellent collaboration skills.

Job Specification:

  • Develop and maintain staffing models, forecast future demand-supply requirements, and plan for seasonal variations and client demand.

  • Monitor real-time performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to demand-supply position, breaks, and schedules to meet SLAs and maintain service quality.

  • Analyse historical data to refine work accuracy and improve resource allocation.

  • Assess the vertical ability to handle new projects or clients and make recommendations for demand-supply requirements.

  • Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce management, such as adherence, service level, occupancy, and utilization.

  • Utilize workforce management software and tools to optimize scheduling and reporting processes.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and client-specific requirements in scheduling and workforce management.

  • Collaborate with HR and training departments to provide ongoing training and development to agents and supervisors in workforce management best practices.

  • Maintain open communication channels with operations managers, team leaders, and client representatives to align workforce management strategies with business objectives.

Skills Required:

  • 5 – 6 years of experience in work force and capacity planning preferable in a Global HR Shared Services organisation.

  • Self-starter and able to navigate with senior stakeholders at Global HR teams’ level.

  • University degree in Statistics or Business Analytics.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are conducted at the highest standards.

  • Highly organised with a can-do attitude.

  • Ability to prioritise workload in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment.

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
