Job Overview:


We are excited to offer an internship within our HR Talent Acquisition Team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about human resources, eager to learn about talent acquisition, and enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic team



Essential Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.

  • Engage in active talent scouting on various platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and university job boards.

  • Participate in organizing and attending career fairs and networking events to promote our brand and attract top talent.

  • Contribute to the development of creative recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of the business.

  • Collaborate with HR team members on projects related to employer branding, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives.

  • Help in the coordination of internship programs and new hire onboarding processes.

  • Perform administrative duties as needed to support the Talent Acquisition team.




Required Qualifications:


  • Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Keen interest in human resources and talent acquisition.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
