Require an enthusiastic product support analyst with 2-4 years of experience to support the Luminate Store Execution product. He\She should have the zeal to learn new things and adapt to changes with ease



Scope:


Core responsibilities to debug, resolve technical issues and answering functional queries to customers using Blue Yonder’ s heritage and cloud native (we use Azure) SaaS product in Luminate Store Execution

The team currently comprises of 50+ global associates across US, Mexico, Australia and India (COE) and is expected to grow rapidly

  • Software: PL/SQL, SQL Server, Asp.net, PowerShell

  • Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tier architecture

  • Cloud Architecture: Microsoft Azure Public cloud and Blue Yonder Private Cloud

  • Operating System: Windows

  • Integration Architecture: Web API, Mulesoft

  • Monitoring Tool: App Dynamics/Splunk

  • Scheduling Tools: Ctrl-M

  • Ticketing Tool: Salesforce/Servicenow/JIRA

  • Business Domain: Retail




What you’ll do:


  • Understanding Luminate Store Execution product’s features and relevant architecture

  • Understanding technical and functional queries by customer and provide resolution/work around.

  • Handle customer calls for issue resolution

  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams to reach an ideal solution for customer.

  • Collaborate with Product Development Team in case of Product Defects

  • Participate in problem management, development of automation and creating knowledge base.

  • Triage code in DB, .NET layer to find root cause of the issue.

  • Validate fix before delivering to customer.

  • Participate in smoke testing & Heath checks for multiple customers’ environments.

  • Pro-active monitoring of the application using monitoring tools.




What we are looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Software development or support

  • Diversified experience in Product Support of complex products and business applications

  • Experience in customer interactions / Escalation handling / Stakeholder Management

  • Understanding of product life cycle and implementation strategies

  • Willing to operate in flexible hours to suit customer / business needs.

  • Experience in Building customer relationships by communicating the value of Support Services to build long-term trust.

  • Experience in Risk management to identify the factors and potential impacts to influence enhanced decision-making and improve effectiveness.

  • Experience in global stakeholder management

  • Provide coaching and guidance to team to enhance team technical/functional skills.

  • Align to the values, priorities, and culture of the organization.

  • Carry a positive and a growth mindset.

  • Assertive communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server Databases and basic understanding performance tuning

  • Prior experience in .NET development would be an advantage.

  • 2-3 years’ experience of Object-Oriented Programming

  • Understanding on the SaaS features– Continuous integration, DevOps

  • Prior working knowledge in Supply Chain Domain and / or Retail domain

  • ITIL certification
