As a Senior Software Engineer CRM Developer in our Customer Success Development team, you'll be pivotal in customizing and enhancing our CRM systems, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements. Your role involves ensuring system stability, scalability, and security while leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive exceptional customer experiences and business growth. Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize your deep knowledge in Development/Configuration, solutions evaluation, Validation, and deployment.


• Work extensively with Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on Extensions, Chain of Command, Over-layering, Forms, Classes, Table level customization, OData integrations, API building, Data Entities, and ISV deployments.


• Bring experience in development and integration across Dynamics 365 Sales and Service.


• Engage in tasks such as customizing entities, developing plug-ins and workflows, developing JavaScript, and configuring security settings.


• Ensure design requirements align with critical success and customer needs.


• Provide technical guidance to the development team.


• Collaborate with business process leads to translate business visions and problems into technical solutions.


• Have practical experience in all SDLC phases, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, integration, maintenance, and quality assurance.


• Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and foster a shared vision.


• Hands-on experience in both Sales and Service Development is crucial.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelors education in Computer Science or a STEM-based degree.


• Have 4-6 years of hands-on full stack development experience.


• Have 3-5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 developer.


• Have proficiency in the Microsoft development suite, including PL/SQL, MS SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), and XML.


• Have an expertise in C#, .NET framework, and JavaScript.


• Have Workflow Management experience.


• Having Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE, will be a plus.


• Having Scrum AGILE Certification will be a plus.


• Ability to work in US timings.
