Job Purpose:

Supporting the communications and engagement strategies for various projects on site. This may include tasks such as managing internal and external communication channels, coordinating events, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

Education, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelors in Communication/ Media Sciences/ software engineering

  • Fresh graduate/ background of communications or similar internships

  • Good Communication and Presentation Skills.

  • Ability to create compelling content for various platforms (internal)

  • Skills in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders

  • Ability to plan and execute engagement activities and events

  • Proficiency in using engagement tools and platforms

  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills

  • Experience in community outreach and partnership development

  • Strong editing and proofreading skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Strategy Development: Assist in developing communication strategies tailored to the project's objectives and target audience. This may involve understanding the project's goals, stakeholders, and messaging needs.

  • Content Creation: Create content for various communication channels such as newsletters, and internal communications. This could include writing articles, preparing visual materials, or producing multimedia content.

  • Engagement Activities: Plan and coordinate engagement activities to foster relationships with stakeholders, employees, and contractors. This may involve organizing events, workshops, or meetings. Along with the adherence to site cultural plan.

  • Communication Support: Provide support for internal and external communication needs, including drafting emails, preparing presentations, and facilitating communication between different teams or departments involved in the project.

  • Documentation and Documentation: Maintain records of communication activities, including correspondence, meeting minutes, and feedback received. Ensure documentation is organized, accessible, and up-to-date for reference and reporting purposes.
