Job Overview : You will play an integral role in services provided to clients and will need to:

  • Understand the process flow related to work requests, and the optimal and required manner in which to document results of work performed.

  • Participate in a wide range of projects and collaborate anddeliver projects as per client requirements; consistently demonstrating creative and analytical thinking, individual initiative and timely completion of assigned work.

  • Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working as a team member, building solid relationships and proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.

  • Serve as participant on communications with numerous engagement teams.

Job Description
Main purpose of the job and key background information

  • Create, identify, develop and implement targeted learning materials as per client requirements.

  • Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, creating and updating images and layouts using design software, understanding design scopes and determining requirements.

  • Following latest design trends and emerging technologies, authoring and updating Web-based training(WBTs), formatting and branding instructor-led training(ILTs)/ Virtual instructor-led training(VILTs).

  • Performing client communication, SME interaction.Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.

  • Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.


  • Bachelor’s degree or and above/relevant degree or certification.

  • 1-2 years’ industry experience in graphic design and eLearn authoring tools.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills (good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport).

  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics, a keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Priority skills:

  • Graphic Designing

  • eLearn Developer

Preferred skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel

  • Proficiency in Graphic designing and eLearn authoring tools

Tool proficiency:

  • Articulate Storyline 360/Rise/Captivate/GoMo

  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel

  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe PDF and Motion
