Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter for our Pakistan operations. The position will be based out of Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for management and execution of the end-to-end hiring process. This individual will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements. We seek a proactive, self-driven individual with strong leadership skills and a go-getter attitude


Skills, Experience and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree.

  • Experienced professional having at least 4 years of experience with software technology firms.

  • Track record of hiring top talent at pace.

  • Familiarity with state of the art recruitment tools and evaluation platforms.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic and creative thinker with exceptional data analysis, reporting, and analytical skills.

  • Good understanding of technical jargon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process including job marketing, sourcing, interviewing and negotiating with candidates.

  • Develop the best recruitment strategies to market, attract, screen, evaluate, select, induct and engage the suitable candidates to enhance diversity, performance, culture and retention.

  • Establish strong relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend the hiring needs.

  • Leverage recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other social media avenues to attract and find talent.

  • Find different ways to source talent such as online meet-ups and hackathons, jobs marketing campaigns, social networking and targeted web platforms.

  • Foster and maintain relationships with top universities to strengthen the talent pipeline.

  • Utilize applicant tracking system to manage candidate flow, document notes, and requisition statuses.

  • Prepare and present recruitment related metrics and reports to senior management.
