As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach via phone calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. This role is crucial in driving our company's growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and connect with key decision-makers at prospective companies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective messaging and strategies for outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead-generation activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales development or appointment-setting role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding goals and driving results.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
