Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing and Sales Head to lead the development and execution of our marketing and sales strategies for Point of Sale (POS) and Management Information System (MIS) solutions. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and creating impactful marketing campaigns. The role requires a deep understanding of the POS and MIS market, effective communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Analyze market needs and provide valuable insights to the product development team
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Develop compelling and targeted marketing messages for POS and MIS solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, presentations, and other sales collaterals
- Define and communicate the value proposition for our POS and MIS solutions
- Develop compelling and targeted marketing messages for POS and MIS solutions
- Oversee the development of a strong brand presence and messaging in the market
- Set ambitious sales targets and lead the team to achieve and exceed them
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue target
- Identify key accounts, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and drive business development effort.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Develop and manage the marketing and sales budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Analyze data to refine sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, particularly in the POS and MIS solutions domain
- Strong understanding of technology, POS systems, and MIS functionalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with the retail, hospitality, or other industries where POS and MIS solutions are commonly used
