Overview

To provide a key support function between the Snacks Sales team and the other functions of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive employee relations to create strong employee engagement
  • Maintain strong liaison with Administration department to identify & fill key gaps to help improve time lags for the sales team
  • Arrange, coordinate and facilitate logistics for the commercial team at a national level
  • Vendors claims management and follow up with Finance to ensure timely payments
  • Handle the Health Insurance & claims process of frontline sales employees
  • Manage, maintain and track leave records of the sales team
  • Single contact point for all internal employee request forms related to relocation, new hires, asset replacements, procurements ; ensure completion & timely submission to admin & finance department
  • Vendor selection &role assignment for all Sales activities and events
  • Prepare proposals through costing analysis, vendor selection and seeking information from third parties for all social events
  • Actively liaison with all departments –Finance, Admin, Supply Chain, HR for all of the above

HR Responsibility

  • Create and maintain updated organograms and organization charts
  • Assist HRM in presentations & data collection & consolidation
  • Support HRM during Performance Management Process - gather PDRs from national sales population within BU timelines – Mid year & FPR
  • Liaison with Area Managers and TSOs to gather & ensure all PDR documentation is complete
  • Facilitate the HR Commercial Manager logistically in arranging all sales events
  • Liaison with all external vendors to assist HRM organize trainings & other events
  • Support HRM in the hiring process i.e. Schedule interviews with candidates, consolidate feedback forms
  • Gather all new hire forms and ensure completed forms are duly approved and communicated to Admin & Finance team
  • Gather data for HRMS to reflect accurate employee records
  • Liaison with HR controls team to maintain & update all employee records
  • Coordinate on-boarding logistics for new hires including flights, hotel stay
  • Assisting the HR Commercial Manager in the Summer Internship program. i.e. stipend calculation, maintaining intern evaluation records and organizing final presentations
  • Assist HRM in all core processes – AOP, People Plan, recruitment, training & monthly report submissions

Qualifications

Knowledge/Skill Experience Competencies

  • University Graduate
  • Good English and Urdu language skills
  • Strong computer skills (Word, excel, powerpoint, outlook crucial)
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales admin role
  • Ability to analyze & extract from large amounts of data
  • Good team player, collaborative
  • Able to multi-task under high pressure situations
  • Flexibility and endurance in a challenging environment
