•   Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

•   Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of HR expenditures to ensure efficient resource allocation.

•   Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

•   Manage employee relations issues and ensure a positive and productive work environment.

•   Manage Industrial relations and comply labor laws in the industrial sector"

•   Lead talent acquisition efforts to identify and recruit qualified candidates.

•   Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes.

•   Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.

•   Provide leadership in day-to-day HR operations and HR administration tasks.

•   Handle grievances and conflicts effectively and in accordance with company policies.

•   Maintain positive relationships with government agencies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

•   Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

•   Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and Compliance teams.

•   Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and ethical behavior within the department.

•   Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compliance programs and frameworks.

•   Monitor and assess compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.

•   Responsible to conduct & Clearance of customer certifications & audits.

•   Develop and update compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.

•   Ensure policies are communicated effectively and understood by all stakeholders.

•   Promote awareness of compliance issues and ethical conduct across the organization.

•   Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.

•   Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and corrective actions.


•   Bachelors / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

•   Professional certifications in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - CCEP) advantageous.

•   12-15+ years of proven experience specifically 5-6 years in leadership role with expertise in talent management, budgeting, HR policies and procedures, , employee relations, talent acquisition, HRIS, compensation and benefits, HR operations, grievance handling, and government relations.


•   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

•   Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

•   Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

•   Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) and/or Compliance (e.g., Compliance Officer Certification) are advantageous.
