Job Responsibilities




  • Responds to and co-ordinates all internal meeting requests.



  • Establishes rapport with the guests maintaining effective customer relationships and handles enquiries, requests and complaints on the services provided.



  • Responsible towards contracts, bookings and raising invoices.



  • Responds to and co-ordinates all internal meeting requests.



  • Checks timely responses for online and offline queries.



  • Works as a one point contact and consultant to guest from the first call till the day of the event contracting bookings and raising invoices.



  • Ensures timely dissemination of information to all concerned departments by the team members for effective event planning.




Job Requirements



*Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations.


*Develops strong partnerships with local organizations to further increase brand/product awareness.


*Develops and manages internal key stakeholder relationships.
