JM Operations

The position is part of the CD Ops team which is responsible of all aspects of operations including sales, logistics, supply chain and customer relations. The role works cross functionally and is the point of contact for all functions with the primary objective of enabling all teams to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.

Job Summary

  • Responsible for operational support of Sales Geographies ie. CRM , SOP Monitoring, exceptions etc.
  • Daily sales tracking for both Primary & Secondary.
  • Ensure tracking of payments against invoices to the customers.
  • Responsible for monitoring distributor claims and resolving disputes in coordination with CDFi
  • Tracking of Daily DR & OT in coordination with Supply chain.
  • Ensure updated mapping of all Distributors & Field team in the system.
  • Maintain database for functional vehicle fleet.
  • Coordinate with customers to reconcile ledger and balance books.
  • Work on various special projects to automate CD operations such as Redistribution, Claims disbursements etc.
  • Close coordination with regional GEMs, JMs and Customers to troubleshoot issues and streamline operations.
  • Close monitoring of field team performance based on KPIs.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 6 months-1 years of relevant experience in FMCG is preferred
  • Experience in handling CRM tool is a plus
  • Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in functional problem-solving conversations with customers and internal stakeholders regarding issues.
  • Motivated, self-starting professional with good communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)


AGE BRACKET : 23 - 28 Years

REQUIRED & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE : 1 - 3 Years

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Bachelors Degree (Minimum)
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in FMCG is preferred
  • Experience in handling CRM tool is a plus
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated ability to engage in functional problem-solving conversations with customers and internal stakeholders regarding issues.
    • Motivated, self-starting professional with good communication skills.
    • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point).
