About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the South Region will be responsible for leading and managing the Go To Market strategy in the southern territories of Pakistan and stronghold market including major cities such as Karachi, Hyderabad, and Quetta. This role involves designing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives, driving market share growth, and building a high-performing sales team.

So what does it take to be successful in this role?

Sales Strategy And Planning

Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with national objectives.

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Set sales targets and ensure they are achieved by the team.

Team Leadership And Development

Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to ensure a motivated and capable sales force.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Market Development

Expand distribution channels and enhance market penetration in the South Region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.

Oversee promotional activities and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Sales Operations Management

Monitor and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements.

Ensure efficient allocation of resources, including sales territories, budgets, and personnel.

Utilize sales data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Compliance And Reporting

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to the National Sales Director and senior management.

Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices.

Tools you will be working with are Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
