We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented professionals for the position of – 2, with opportunities available from Managerial to Executive levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics ERP and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

The selected individual will oversee day-to-day payables operations, ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, maintain proper reconciliations and strengthen internal controls. This role requires a solid understanding of procurement cycles, financial reporting, compliance standards and process optimization within a structured finance environment.

• Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle from invoice receipt to vendor payment.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payment runs.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies proactively.
• Monitor and strengthen internal controls within the payables function.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare AP-related reports, aging analysis and management dashboards.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members (for managerial-level roles).

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable / P2P operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and payment cycles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).
• ACCA Qualified / CA or ICMA Finalist or Part Qualified.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and management abilities.
• Karachi-based candidates preferred; immediate joiners encouraged.
