Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (USA Time)

At EndeavourOn, we are expanding our team and looking for a Call Center Agent to manage real-time communication between teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth operational flow.
If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
Stay on call throughout the shift to communicate with teams in real-time.
Schedule and manage calls between teams, ensuring smooth coordination.
Track current team locations and provide next destination details along with targets.
Maintain accurate records of team movements and updates.
Provide quick resolutions to any scheduling or communication issues.
Ensure clear, professional communication at all times.
What We’re Looking For
Language: Professional-level English fluency (spoken & written).
Experience: Prior experience in a call center, dispatch, or coordination role is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling tools, communication platforms, and CRM software.
Attention to Detail: Ability to track locations, schedules, and provide accurate instructions.
Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking to handle unexpected schedule changes.
Availability: Must be able to work the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM USA time shift.
