3D Visualizer

Must softwares requirements: Enscape, D5, Lumion and Sketchup

Responsibilities:

- Develop high-quality 3D visualizations and animations for various projects, including architectural designs, product renderings, and other creative projects.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Utilize industry-standard software to create realistic textures, lighting, and renderings.
- Assist in the development and presentation of visual concepts for pitches and proposals.
- Revise and enhance 3D models and visualizations based on feedback from team members and clients.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in 3D visualization and software.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 3D visualization or a related field.
- Proficient in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp,
- Strong skills in rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion.
- Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and perspective.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of 3D visualization work.
- Familiarity with post-production techniques in software like Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
- Experience in virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) is a plus.
- High attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate within the constraints of a project.
