Position Overview:
The Executive – Learning & Development will provide operational support for the effective planning, execution, tracking, and continuous improvement of Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, and Organizational Development initiatives across the organization. The role will ensure smooth coordination of activities, accurate record management, and timely stakeholder engagement to support business and people objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule Learning Needs Analysis meetings with business stakeholders and functional teams.
- Facilitate meeting logistics, calendars, and communication with Heads of Departments, Business Unit Heads, and Line Managers.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on agreed development requirements and learning priorities.
Learning Administration & Reporting
- Maintain learning databases, training trackers, and employee training records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Organize and manage training-related documentation, attendance records, feedback forms, and evaluation reports.
- Support the processing and coordination of vendor payments for learning and engagement activities in accordance with procurement and finance procedures.
- Assist in Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including user support, testing of new features, and troubleshooting activities.
- Prepare periodic learning reports, dashboards, and participation analytics as required.
Employee Engagement Support
- Support the execution of learning awareness campaigns and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness campaigns, and organizational events.
- Collect participation data, employee feedback, survey responses, and engagement metrics.
- Manage logistics and operational arrangements for engagement initiatives and internal events.
Employer Branding Support
- Coordinate with the Administration and relevant stakeholders to ensure consistency in employer branding initiatives.
- Manage inventory levels of employer branding materials, including notebooks, stationery items, gift bags, and premium merchandise.
- Coordinate the design, printing, and availability of branding materials, standees, and promotional collateral for internal and external events.
Organizational Development Support
- Maintain and update organizational charts, workforce structures, and related documentation.
- Support the administration and coordination of Organizational Development initiatives, surveys, assessments, and projects.
- Assist in data collection, reporting, and documentation related to OD interventions and business transformation initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support the execution of new Learning & Development interventions, programs, and strategic initiatives in line with evolving business requirements.
- Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, or a similar HR function.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to HRMS and Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
