Our client Roots International Schools is looking for a Academic Coordinator - University Level (MIUC) in Lahore

Institution: MIUC

We are seeking a highly organized and student-focused Academic Coordinator to support the effective delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of academic programs and qualifications. The successful candidate will work closely with academic managers, lecturers, and support departments to ensure academic excellence and compliance with institutional and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of academic programs and qualifications.
  • Ensure courses are implemented in line with approved curricula, policies, and academic calendars.
  • Coordinate timetables, assessments, examinations, and moderation processes.

Academic Quality and Compliance

  • Support quality assurance, accreditation, and audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with university regulations and national qualification frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate academic documentation and records.

Student Support and Monitoring

  • Monitor student progress and academic performance.
  • Identify at-risk students and coordinate academic support interventions.
  • Respond to academic queries and provide academic guidance.

Staff Coordination and Support

  • Liaise with lecturers and academic staff to ensure consistent delivery and assessment standards.
  • Assist with onboarding and coordination of teaching staff.
  • Support academic development and assessment moderation activities.

Reporting and Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare academic reports on enrolment, progression, and completion rates.
  • Collect and analyze student and staff feedback.
  • Contribute to curriculum review and continuous improvement initiatives.

Communication and Liaison

  • Act as a key link between academic management, staff, students, and support services.
  • Coordinate academic meetings and follow up on action items.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in higher education administration or academic coordination.
  • Strong understanding of academic policies, quality assurance, and accreditation processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in academic administration systems and MS Office.
