Account Executive - Hightech Solutions

Our client Hightech Solutions is hiring a Account Executive in Lahore.

Overview:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives and foster strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts accurately.
Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper bookkeeping.
Prepare, verify, and process customer invoices, vendor bills, and payment vouchers.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate closely with the UK and UAE Finance Teams to support financial reporting and year-end closing activities.
Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Generate financial reports and support management with accurate financial data.
Analyze financial data using Microsoft Excel and prepare reports for decision-making.
Ensure timely processing of payments, receipts, and account reconciliations.
Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirments:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
1–2years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and ledger management.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required.
Experience with Xero will be considered a strong advantage.
