Founder's Associate - oladoc

Our client oladoc is hiring a Founder's Associate in Lahore.

THE ROLE
You will work directly with the CEO on everything that keeps oladoc running and growing. Strategy, execution, operations, hiring, partnerships. There is no functional box around this role.
oladoc is Pakistan's largest digital health platform. 25,000+ verified doctors, 77+ cities, partnerships with the country's biggest telcos, banks and insurers. We are profitable and revenue has more than doubled year on year.
The most exciting thing happening right now is Fit by oladoc, Pakistan's first AI-powered health and wellness platform. AI food scanning, a 24/7 AI coach, wearable sync, goal-based programmes for weight and diabetes management, and a route straight to a real doctor when the data says one is needed. It is moving weekly and it is where the most decisions per square foot are being made in this company. You will be close to all of it.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Strategy support. Research, competitor analysis, pricing models, business cases. Real inputs into decisions made that same week.
• Execution and follow-through. Turn rough founder ideas into clear briefs, specs and plans the team can act on. Then chase them to done.
• Operating cadence. Weekly numbers, monthly reviews, quarterly board packs, trackers and follow-ups. The machine that keeps the company honest.
• Fit by oladoc. Sit close to pricing, packaging, corporate contracts and growth experiments on our fastest-moving business.
• Hiring and people ops. Run hiring loops end to end. Sourcing, scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding.
• Contracts and vendors. Draft from templates, track signatures and renewals, manage tools and vendors.
• Whatever the week demands. Priorities move fast. Some weeks the highest value thing you do will not appear on this list.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 0 to 2 years of experience. Top of your graduating class. Results and evidence matter more than the degree.
• Exceptionally quick learner. You pick up an unfamiliar subject fast and are useful on it within days, not months.
• High agency. You take a vague ask and come back with it done, not with ten questions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication. You can write a brief, summarise a contract in a paragraph, build a presentation, and hold your own on a call with a vendor twice your age.
• Ridiculously organised. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
• Strong with numbers. Comfortable in Excel and comfortable building a simple model.
• AI fluent. We run on Claude across product and internal work. AI tools are already part of how you work.
• Comfortable with the unglamorous. A real share of this job is repetitive and detailed. Done properly, that is a superpower at our stage.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. No playbook exists for most of this. You will write it.
HARD REQUIREMENTS
• 100% onsite in Lahore, NASTP. No remote. No hybrid. Not negotiable.
• High-stretch role. If you want a 9 to 5, this is not it.
• CEO-level accountability from day one.
• Absolute discretion. Not situational.
