Accountant (QuickBooks Enterprise)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements by the 12th of each month for the previous month's activity.
• Maintain the general ledger and perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Payable, vendor invoice follow-ups, and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Prepare month-end and year-end journal entries, including depreciation and amortization.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting best practices.
• Work closely with management and external accountants/CPAs.
• Review the work of the Junior Accountant and provide guidance and training as needed


Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounting experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Quick-books Enterprise.
• Solid understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, depreciation, and amortization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of the accounting function, and mentor junior staff.

Time-slot:

• 7 PM to 4 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
