Role Description
We are hiring an Accounts Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of accounting experience and hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the company's day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
We are hiring an Accounts Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of accounting experience and hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the company's day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping activities.
- Record and reconcile bank transactions, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Process employee reimbursements and support payroll-related activities.
- Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and supporting records.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, BBA (Finance), or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of taxation, withholding tax, and sales tax regulations will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
