  • Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Reconcile customer accounts periodically & prepare aging report
  • Process and record incoming payments, ensure proper allcoation to customer accounts
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including revenue recognition and AR reconciliations
  • Outward freight bill processing and timely payment
