Role Overview
Support the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department, including maintenance of ledgers, bank and vendor reconciliations, and accurate recording of financial transactions to ensure the integrity of the company's financial records.

Role Overview
Support the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department, including maintenance of ledgers, bank and vendor reconciliations, and accurate recording of financial transactions to ensure the integrity of the company's financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update general ledger entries on a daily basis
- Perform bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations on a regular basis
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Verify invoices, payment vouchers, and expense claims against supporting documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for invoice and payment queries
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain organized records of all financial documents for audit readiness
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (internship experience counts)
- Sound understanding of basic accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with ledger maintenance and bank reconciliations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data handling
- Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Part qualification or enrollment in ACCA, CA, or ICMA
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Familiarity with FBR tax filings, withholding tax, and sales tax returns
- Key Traits
- Highly organized with a methodical approach to financial record-keeping
- Reliable and trustworthy when handling sensitive financial data
- Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills for coordination across departments
