As we scale our programs and paid cohorts, we are looking for confident and target-driven Admissions Sales Executives who can speak with potential students, understand their goals, guide them properly, and convert interested leads into enrolled learners.

Role Overview
This is a sales and admissions role for someone who is confident on calls, strong in follow-ups, and comfortable speaking with students, parents, and young professionals.
You will work on warm leads generated through Edversity’s marketing campaigns, webinars, social media, WhatsApp, and program inquiries. Your responsibility will be to counsel interested candidates, explain Edversity’s programs clearly, and help them complete their enrollment.
This is not a random cold-calling job. You will be part of a fast-growing edtech team where your work directly contributes to student growth, cohort enrollments, and Edversity’s revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads generated through ads, forms, WhatsApp, calls, webinars, and social media inquiries
• Speak with potential students to understand their background, goals, interests, and learning needs
• Recommend the right Edversity program based on the student’s career goals
• Clearly explain program details, learning outcomes, fee structure, payment process, and enrollment steps
• Convert interested leads into paid enrollments
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with warm leads until enrollment is completed
• Manage lead status, call notes, student interactions, and sales updates in CRM or tracking sheets
• Coordinate with admissions, operations, and program teams for smooth student onboarding
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
• Share feedback with the team about student objections, market response, lead quality, and competitor insights
• Maintain a professional, helpful, and student-first communication style at all times

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
• Confident on calls, WhatsApp, and in-person conversations
• Comfortable speaking with students, parents, and working professionals
• Target-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings
• Disciplined with follow-ups and daily sales activity
• Able to handle objections and guide students with clarity
• Interested in education, technology, startups, AI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, or career development
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and basic sales systems
• Able to work from office at NSTP, Islamabad

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in admissions, edtech sales, education counseling, telesales, student recruitment, customer support, or consultative sales will be preferred
• Experience with CRM tools or lead tracking systems will be a plus
• Candidates with strong communication skills, confidence, and a sales mindset are encouraged to apply

Compensation

Fixed salary: PKR 70,000 to 80,000 per month
Commission: 10% on every successful enrollment
Expected monthly earning for strong performers: PKR 120,000 to 200,000+
Your earning potential will depend on your performance, consistency, and ability to convert interested leads into enrolled students.
