Identify and acquire new affiliates, influencers, and publishers.
Manage affiliate outreach, onboarding, and relationship building.
Maintain acquisition trackers and performance records.
Coordinate with Category and Marketing teams on relevant campaigns.
Prepare affiliate pitches, incentive plans, and onboarding materials.
Monitor market trends and competitor affiliate programs.
Support affiliate training and campaign communication.
Track onboarding performance and contribute to acquisition targets
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0 to 1 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, or Digital Marketing.
Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
Knowledge of affiliate or influencer marketing is preferred.
