Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect advanced agentic systems leveraging AI, machine learning, and deep learning principles.
• Develop and implement machine learning models, including reinforcement learning and deep learning, for agent behavior and decision-making.
• Build and optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities for intelligent agent communication and understanding.
• Write robust and efficient Python code for agent development, utilizing frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Define and implement effective goal-setting and decision-making mechanisms within agent architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agentic solutions into existing systems, ensuring seamless operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems within AI agent systems, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in AI development or a related field.
• Proven expertise in AI Architecture, Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Strong proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Demonstrated experience with Python programming and relevant AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of Agent Design principles, including Goal Setting and Decision Making.
• Excellent Problem Solving and Adaptability skills.
• Awareness of Ethical AI considerations and best practices.
• Experience with System Integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced agentic frameworks or platforms.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or specific cloud platforms.
• Fluency in English (preferred).
